Since TPL Hairdressing opened in 1992, training has been of paramount importance. We owe the expansion of the business to this philosophy, which has gained us a talented team dedicated to the provision of the best levels of customer service using modern hairdressing techniques and first class products.

The TPL development programme has seen school leaver's progress through the company to become Colour Technicians, Stylists, Senior Stylists, Trainers and even Salon Managers. A programme of expansion is envisaged for the company, creating exciting opportunities for all who work at TPL Hairdressing.



As part of the commitment to training, TPL Hairdressing has its own award winning and fully accredited Training School, based in Nantwich, which delivers Foundation and Advanced Modern Apprenticeship courses to all its own apprentices and also to those of other local salons that lack this facility. Training, however, is not confined to junior team members and advanced courses are regularly organised for qualified stylists to enhance their technical skills in cutting, colouring, barbering, etc. Where appropriate, external training is also made available to team members
