Since TPL Hairdressing opened in 1992, training has been of paramount importance. We owe the expansion of the business to this philosophy, which has gained us a talented team dedicated to the provision of the best levels of customer service using modern hairdressing techniques and first class products. As part of this commitment to training, TPL Hairdressing has it own award winning and fully accredited Training School, based in Nantwich, which delivers Apprenticeship and Advanced Apprenticeship courses to all its own apprentices.

The school also tutors apprentices of other local salons, in conjunction with support from local training agency, Total People Limited.

The TPL development programme has seen school leavers progress through the company to become Colour Technicians, Stylists, Senior Stylists, Trainers and even Salon Managers. There is a lifelong commitment to the advancement of all staff through training, which continues after qualification. For example, the school's trainers are all Senior Stylists in our salons but have acquired assessment and teaching qualifications to enable them to deliver the best possible training.
