In 1992 proprietor Tim Lawton opened the first TPL salon in Nantwich, inspired by the vision of providing South Cheshire with City style! Since then TPL has expanded to Crewe and Alsager and employs over fifty members of staff, who are committed to taking that vision on into the future.

"Why should clients have to travel to Manchester or London if they want amazing haircuts and service?" says Tim. "People today want trend setting styles, colour to brighten their lives and above all high quality, professional service that is the envy of many better known salons. They don't want 'a quick trim' any more - they want a haircut that oozes style and glamour whilst being easy to manage and excellent service to go with it. That level of service should be accessible to everyone no matter where they live and at TPL Hairdressing we aim to fulfill that demand."

Talented TPL Art Team members appear on stage at prestigious events such as Salon International - a major event in the hairdressing calendar - and regularly visit London exhibitions to ensure our styles remain in the forefront of fashion and wearability. We never forget the customer has a choice and we want TPL Hairdressing to be the preferred choice.

As well as being the preferred choice for clients, we strive to be the preferred choice for employees too. With a professionally run, award winning and fully accredited Training School, we aim to offer young people the chance to build a successful career in hairdressing. To encourage our staff to stay, we are Investors in People accredited and we offer progression right through to management or even franchising a salon.
